Death penalty

Death penalty is always a hot topic that people are debating that it should be practiced or not. A group of people thinks that death penalty should be practiced which bases on the reason that crimes should pay for what they did. Another group of people supports the opinion of death penalty should never be a judicial result to the crimes, and the reason bases on the human right, in which is people have right to live.
Death penalty is a execution about unfairness, and that ignores the human right. I disagree to use death penalty to a person who is guilty as a result because even a judge does not have the right to end a person's life. It also causes the negative affections to society because death penalty just a way of domestic violence. More people are starting to focus on this topic than past ten years, so there are less and less nations practicing death penalty of the worldwide.
