You must compare this grade with that recorded in the Excel file at http://www3.nccu.edu.tw/~smithsgj/CE1grades.htm. If there is any discrepancy, or any error in the way the Excel file grade has been calculated, or if you did not receive the email:-

please send TWO emails to me explaining the problem, one from your NCCU email, the other from your private (Yahoo etc.) email account. Give your cellphone number in the message. Make sure that you do this before midnight at the end of 19th January.
